Application submitted to build three detached homes on site in Cheddar

A planning application has been submitted to Sedgemoor District Council for the building of three detached homes on a site in Cheddar.
The application for the building of three detached dwellinghouses, alterations to existing access and the building of a double garage for Glendale House at Lower New Road, Cheddar, has been submitted by Stephen and Sarah Stotesbury.
The homes would be of a traditional design, with two storeys, and are planned to be as energy efficient as possible.

Variation of Condition 2 of Planning Permission 17/19/00064 (Erection of a two storey extension to (East) elevation) to amend the approved drawings to reduce the size of the extension and to amend the fenestration at Trelawney, Tweentown, Cheddar, is wanted by Mr and Ms Truscott and Homewood.
Erection of a single storey extension to the rear (South) elevation at Durisdeer, Old Coach Road, Cross, has been applied for by Mr Sandford.
Change of use of land to additional domestic garden and erection of a garage at The Old Hay Barn, Green Drove, Mark, is wanted by Mr Puddy.
Erection of a 30-bed Hotel on land to the north of existing public house, relocation of vehicular access from A38 and provision of 36 additional parking spaces at The Star Inn, Bristol Road, Star, has been applied for by Cabot Trustees Ltd.
Change of use and conversion of first floor of existing detached garage to form annex accommodation, alterations to include the installation of two front dormer windows, a rear dormer window, two rear velux windows, installation of timber look cladding to gables to match the main house and change of tile type from concrete interlocking tiles to slate look tiles at Streamcross, Cocklake, is wanted by Mrs Underhill.

Erection of a first floor side extension and single storey rear extension at 20 Comer Road, Cheddar, by Mr Thurairajah has been approved.
Works to trees T1 Poplar - Repollard back to previous points at 6 Punnet Close, Cheddar, have been approved.
Erection of general purpose agricultural building at Yeo Bridge Farm, Turnpike Road, Lower Weare, by Mr P Athay has been approved.
Erection of a polytunnel at land south of Webbington Road, Compton Bishop, by Two Acre Farm has been approved.
Conversion of existing garage to living accommodation and erection of a attached garage to the front (South) elevation at Westway House, Webbington Road, Compton Bishop, by C Cox and J Pridham has been approved.
Erection of a timber frame glass enclosure for swimming pool at Rowhedge, The Causeway, Mark, by Mr and Mrs Fisher has been approved. As has the erection of a single storey extension to the front (South) elevation and erection of a two storey extension to the side (East) elevation at the same address.
Demolition of existing agricultural buildings, erection of a dwelling, formation of parking area with re-aligned track and associated landscape works at Home Farm, Snake Lane, Theale, by Mr Ham has been approved.
Certificate of Lawfulness for the proposed conversion of garage to living accommodation at3 West Well Lane, Theale, by Mr Rygor has been approved.
Retrospective application for the erection of two storey garage on the site of existing garage at Longhill, Long Hill, Crickham, by Mr Tucker has been approved.
