Cheddar Parish Council has announced that the annual parish meeting will be held at 7pm on Wednesday April 21.

As large indoor meetings are not currently permitted, this year's meeting will be held via video conference on Zoom.

Last year the annual meeting was cancelled because of the pandemic, so this is an opportunity for parishioners to hear what the parish council has been doing since 2019.

In addition to the chairman's report on council activities, the parish council will be announcing the winners of the community service awards which are given to individuals or groups who have given exceptional service to the community.

The council will also be announcing the successful applicants for parish council grants, given each year to local community groups.

Zoom link details for joining the meeting will be published on the agenda a few days before the meeting. For more information, contact [email protected] or 01934 743217.
