Cheddar roadworks for week commencing January 6

There will be temporary traffic lights on the B3135 Axbridge Road in Cheddar this week.

The temporary lights will be in place from Tuesday January 7 to Thursday January 9 to enable BT to replace a jointbox frame and cover in the road.

Other roadworks in Cheddar this week include:

From Monday January 6 to Thursday, there will be temporary traffic lights on the B3135 The Cliffs to enable Tarmac works to be undertaken.

There will be temporary traffic lights in Lower North Street from Thursday to January 14 so Wales and West Utilities can lay a new service.

From Tuesday to Thursday, a sign post will be replaced opposite the old police station on the B3135 Cliff Street.

Finally, BT's work to clear a fault in Froglands Way should be finished by Tuesday.
