Quality Dispense Technicians - Sandford

Established in 1904 by William John Thatcher, we have grown into one of the top cider-making businesses in the world.

Here at Thatchers we're passionate about quality. Our Quality Dispense Team are field based and ensure that our ciders taste just as good on the bar as they do when they leave the farm. This is a critical role to make sure not only are our customers happy, but our drinkers too.

We are now looking for two Quality Dispense Technicians to join the team.

This is the ideal opportunity for someone who is as passionate about our products as we are and wants to deliver nothing short of perfection to our customers.

The role:

As a Quality Dispense Technician, you will ensure that every pint of Thatchers cider tastes as good as it should!

Out on the road, you will service outlets, ranging from pubs to clubs, to restaurants and football stadiums within a designated postcode area.

You will advise, instruct and educate customers on dispensing the best quality products, ensuring our beverages are enjoyed as they should be.

Additionally, you will:

- Arrange your own travel route

- Be responsible for ordering and returns of own parts

- Take control of managing vehicle stock effectively

- Complete daily administrative tasks and reporting

- Carry out surveys for installations

- Maintain dispense and cooling equipment in bars and cellars

- Carry out new installs and fault finding on any repairs

About you:

To be considered as a Quality Dispense Technician, you will need:

- The ability to build great relationships with people at all levels

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- The ability to work well under pressure

- A can-do attitude, determination and strong work ethic

- A conscientious approach and a responsible and trustworthy attitude

- A full, valid driving license

Other organisations may call this role Quality Technician, Quality Control Technician, QA Technician, Food Quality Technician, Food Quality Analyst, or Maintenance Technician.

Payroll Assistant - Cheddar

Sansum Solutions Group is a provider of facilities and recruitment management services throughout Southern England, primarily beginning its journey within the commercial cleaning industry.

We currently have a position available for an experienced Payroll Assistant in the Cheddar area.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 10am to 2.30pm with a 30-minute unpaid break. Four hours per day, 20 hours per week.

Your role will include working as a team, it will be assisting the current payroll team, printing, filing, using spreadsheets, data entry, sending emails, etc

Experience in payroll is essential and references are required.

Duty Manager/Supervisor - Banwell

We're proud to serve local communities in towns and villages across the south of England.

We're looking for a Duty Manager to support the Store Manager in managing the store and maximising store performance.

It comes as no surprise that in retail, no two days are the same but you can expect to be responsible for:

- Managing and developing store colleagues, leading and inspiring them to provide exceptional customer service setting Southern Co-op apart from its competitors

- Managing cash and other operational duties

- Assisting the store manager to deliver all operational KPIs

- Promoting Southern Co-op by identifying opportunities to engage and support the local community

- Handling deliveries and maintaining availability for our customers

What we need from you:

To be successful in this role, you'll need proven team leader or supervisor experience within a retail or similarly fast-paced environment.

You'll be able to plan, organise and prioritise effectively with a commitment to achieving exceptional customer service standards.

Working with a variety of people, you'll need to have great communication skills and be able to influence at all levels retaining an enthusiastic and positive attitude.

If you're not already a personal licence holder, you'll attend training within the first 16 weeks of appointment to obtain a licence.
