National Account Manager - Cheddar
We have an exciting new opportunity for a National Account Manager to join our team. You will be based at our head office in Cheddar and from your home (some other travel to Ireland may be required).

Our Head Office is located in Cheddar and our Innovation Centre is situated near Bristol in Flax Bourton.

About the role:
As our National Account Manager, you will manage relationships with nationwide accounts at customer head office level and work together with the FSC team to oversee the delivery of the complete FSC service to their clients.
We are looking for a passionate Account Manager who will partner with and ensure the long-term success of our customers.
You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with your portfolio of assigned customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.
You will also liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.

- Visiting customer sites
- Working with producer/distributor to help maintain service quality to customers
- Attending new product launches at a producer on an ad hoc basis
- Presenting at/attend customer meetings/NPD presentations
- Producing weekly sales reports and commentary for customers
- Ensuring that the key clients are kept up to date with agreed weekly and monthly information
- To interpret all available information, make recommendations for strategy/action (to the client and internally), and oversee the implementation of the action plan
- Ensuring that the company is kept regularly updated with information on the client and their activity
- To be a contact point for the clients with any queries related to FSC managed products and resolve day-to-day supply chain issues (with support from the operations team)
- Monitoring competitor activity and prepare a report on pricing, range, and presentation on a quarterly basis
- Assisting the PO with product development activity as required
- Promoting newly developed products from FSC to the client
- Assisting the client with any marketing activity
- Essential - educated to an A-level standard
- Preferred - Project Management or Business Administration qualification
- Food industry experience is a distinct advantage, especially the FMCG industry
- More than three years of experience in a Key Account role essential
- Proven experience of working with tight targets and budget responsibility
- Experience in Agile working would be an advantage
- Project management experience
- Excellent organisational skills
- A self-starter
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Relishes working in a fast-paced environment in a hands-on capacity
- Has a natural can-do attitude and attention to detail
- Shows initiative
- Competent in all Windows/Office-based software and be able to create professional presentations
- A valid UK driving licence is essential
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Problem solving

Permanent, full-time. Salary £35,000 to £37,000 per annum.

HGV Class 1 Driver - Cheddar
Are you looking for ongoing HGV Class 1 driving work? Start ASAP, full-time work with weekly pay.
- Depot in Batts Coombe
- 27 days' holiday per year excluding public holidays
- Premium of 70 per cent of standard hourly rate is paid for all hours worked after noon or after five hours on a Saturday and for all hours worked on a Sunday and statutory holidays, premium of 15 per cent of hourly rate paid for hours worked between 6pm and 6am Monday to Friday and on Saturday mornings (6am to noon)
About the role:
- Delivering aggregates to various building/road construction sites, etc, predominantly around the South West area
- One to three deliveries per day
- Delivering loose aggregates - tipper work
- Complete all necessary paperwork as required
- UK HGV Class 1 Licence - to have been held for minimum of two years, with no more than six points, minor offences only
- MPQC card holder (training can be provided)
- Valid Driver CPC Card and Digital Tachograph Card
- Orange hi viz is required – long sleeved top and trousers
