Just four houses remain for sale at a new homes development in Banwell, where construction has now reached the final stages.
Bellway is building 44 homes at Bilbie Grange, off Wolvershill Road, with work due to be completed in the spring.
The final homes for sale are all four-bedroom detached properties – a Magnolia design, priced from £463,995, and three Wroughton house types from £469,995.
The three Wroughton houses will be ready to move into before the end of the stamp duty holiday on March 31 2021, meaning buyers could save £13,500 on the cost of moving if they are able to complete their purchase by the deadline.
Rachel Way, sales manager for Bellway South West, said: "The remaining four homes available at Bilbie Grange include three Wroughton house types and one Magnolia, which are all spacious, detached properties ideal for growing families or buyers searching for a larger place.
"These properties present the final chance for house-hunters to secure a sizeable new-build home in this desirable semi-rural location, close to the picturesque Mendip Hills and around six miles from the Weston-super-Mare coast."
Bilbie Grange comprises a mix of houses and bungalows, and as part of the planning agreement for the development, Bellway is investing more than £221,000 in local infrastructure and facilities.
Rachel said: "There is a great community feel at Bilbie Grange with a host of amenities on the doorstep, including a selection of local village shops just a short walk away.
"As we are fast approaching the end of the Government's stamp duty holiday, we expect that these final houses won't be around for long, so I'd encourage interested buyers to act quickly if they wish to secure a home."
