Plans for swimming pool and gym at Badgworth home are refused
Plans to build a swimming pool and gym building at a home in Badgworth have been turned down by Sedgemoor District Council.
A planning application for a Certificate of Lawfulness for the proposed building of a detached garden outbuilding with swimming pool and gym at Hare House, Badgworth, had been submitted by Mr Harding.
However, if refusing the proposal, the council said: "The proposed building does not lie within the curtilage of the dwellinghouse and has not been demonstrated to be required for purposes incidental to the enjoyment of the dwelling house as such."
