Plans to build agricultural worker's home at Cheddar Natural Spring Water site

Plans have been submitted to Sedgemoor District Council to build an agricultural worker's home at Cheddar Natural Spring Water.
The planning application for the building of a permanent agricultural worker's dwelling at Hayberry Farm, Upper Draycott Road, Cheddar, has been submitted by Mr Urch.
Cheddar Water is the home of the highest and oldest recorded spring on the Mendip Hills with records of its existence dating back more than 2,000 years, and Cheddar Natural Spring Water has been hailed as one of the UK's leading organically sourced bottled spring water brands.
Other planning applications in the Cheddar area that have been submitted this week to Sedgemoor District Council include:
Installation of solid roof and canopy onto existing conservatory (existing roof to be removed) at Court Barn, Church Lane, Badgworth, has been applied for.
Variation of condition 2 of planning permission 17/17/00093 (erection of a dwelling) to revise position of red line to south at Ravenscroft, Barrows Road, Cheddar, is wanted by Mr and Mrs Jenkin.

Variation of condition 2 of planning permission 03/19/00007 (demolition of Stones Throw and workshop, erection of a detached garage/store and conversion of existing stable block to living accommodation) to align position of garage/store with northern boundary and to include a window to the east elevation on the garage at Tarnock House Farm, Biddisham Lane, Biddisham, by Mr C Richardson has been approved.
Erection of an information board and timber supporting posts at land next to the B3135, Cheddar Gorge, by the National Trust has been approved.
Conversion of barn to annex at Rackley Barn, Rackley Lane, Compton Bishop, by Mr and Mrs Blake has been approved.
