Plans submitted to Sedgemoor District Council to convert a barn in Chapel Allerton into a three-bedroom home have been withdrawn.

A planning application to determine if prior approval was required for the proposed change of use of agricultural building to a dwelling on land at the Former Chapel/Dairy, Rectory Hill, Chapel Allerton, had been submitted by Mr and Mrs Whittaker.

The plan had been for the barn to remain as a single-storey construction, retaining its historic features, with a layout of three bedrooms, living room, kitchen/diner, utility room, and bathroom.
