Plans to convert four barns into homes on farm between Mark and Blackford are withdrawn

A planning application to convert four barns into homes on a farm between Blackford and Mark has been withdrawn.
The application for the change of use and conversion of four agricultural barns to four residential dwellings, the removal of concrete hardstanding and redundant farm buildings to create garden and parking areas, and the formation of driveway and vehicular access at Totney Farm, had been submitted to Sedgemoor District Council by Mr and Mrs Comer.
However, the council's planning portal now confirms that this application has been withdrawn.

Change of use from Estate Agent (Use Class A2) to Cafe (Use Class A3), alterations and erection of single storey extension to rear (south) elevation at Churchlands, Church Farm, Church Street, Mark, is wanted by Mr Bates.
Erection of single storey extension to rear (north west) elevation on site of existing garage (to be demolished) at Fircroft, Pilcorn Street, Wedmore, has been applied for by Mr and Mrs Miller.
Planning applications in the Cheddar area that have been decided by Sedgemoor District Council this week include:
Demolition of existing garage and carport, erection of a single storey extension to front north east elevation at Elmleigh, Ashton, by Mr J Blakemore has been approved.
Formation of new vehicle access to former dairy/chapel and agricultural buildings at Rectory Hill, Chapel Allerton, by Mr and Mrs Whittaker has been approved.
Application to determine if prior approval is required for the proposed change of use of part of an existing building from use Class D2 to use Class D1 as a day nursery for children at Unit 11 Phase 2, Cheddar Business Park, Wedmore Road, Cheddar, by Ocean Adventurers has been withdrawn.
Erection of an agricultural building and formation of a vehicular access on land to the south of Blackford Road, Mark, by Mr O Seymour has been approved.
Application for Non-Material Amendment to Planning Permission 49/19/00016 (Approval of reserved matters for the demolition of existing buildings and redevelopment for eight dwellings) to allow the two two-bed dwellings on Plot 1 to be three-bed dwellings at Weare Garage, Turnpike Road, Lower Weare, by Beechwood Construction has been approved.
Construction of an agricultural slurry store (above ground), slurry reception pit (below ground) and associated works at Mead Farm, Latcham Drove, Latcham, by H G Tincknell and Son Ltd has been approved.
