BT has a busy week of work planned across Cheddar, with one set of temporary traffic lights and 17 other sets of roadworks scheduled.

The temporary traffic lights are due to be used in Millbourne Road on Wednesday and Thursday (September 16 and 17) to enable the company to build a duct and box.

From Monday (September 14) to Wednesday, the firm is scheduled to be clearing duct blockages in Wedmore Road and The Chestnuts.

On Tuesday (September 15) BT is set to be testing its network in Roynon Way, Bath Street, Church Street, Station Road, The Barrows, Old Station Close, Perry's Close and Barrows Road.

From Tuesday to Thursday, it is also planning similar testing work in Froglands Way, Felsberg Way, Symons Way, Cliff Street, Union Street and Parsons Pen.

Finally, the company is set to be finishing its fibre jointing and cabling work in Comer Road on Monday.
