Resurfacing work in Church Street last night
The resurfacing work that has closed the B3139 Church Street in Wedmore over the last few nights is scheduled to be completed this evening (January 31).
The road has been closed for the last two evenings for Skansa UK resurfacing, and the work is progressing on schedule.
The final night of closure will be this evening, when Church Street will be shut from 6.30pm to 11.30pm.
Somerset Highways have appealed to motorists to not park in the works area as this could delay them from finishing on time.
