Customer Service Administrator - Sandford

We're looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our busy team.

The role:

As a Customer Service Administrator, you'll learn everything there is to know about delivering outstanding customer service.

Primarily based on the phones in customer service, you will have the chance to develop insight into our business and will gain a strong grounding of expertise in your role.

Specifically, you will learn how to:

- Manage incoming and outgoing calls to customers

- Use bespoke IT software to carry out your day-to-day job

- Place customer orders and assist with promotional items/POS

- Create delivery schedules

- Process installation requests and repairs for customers

- Manage and process any customer returns

- Complete monthly reporting

- Manage the Thatchers Cider Shop – both customer-facing and any administration

- Help with packaging online sales to go out to customers

To be considered as a Customer Service Administrator, you will need:

- A good level of IT skills and happy to learn new software systems

- The ability to analyse data and prepare reports

- Good telephone manner

- Highly organised, with good attention to detail

- To be confident dealing with people at all levels

- To be a proactive problem solver

- To be resilient and flexible, with the ability to accept and adapt to changing situations

Other organisations may call this role Trainee Customer Service Advisor, Junior Customer Service Advisor, Trainee Customer Advisor, or Trainee Customer Service Executive.

Systems Analyst Back Office - Cheddar

This award winning and successful FMCG company is seeking a driven and committed System Analyst to join their down to earth and friendly team, initially for six months with the potential to be extended another six months depending on business/project needs.

The successful applicant will be supporting the launch of a new exciting project which is an incentive aimed to support and accelerate growth.

This project is currently being designed in Canada as it sees a significant change in the retail, sales and ops area of the business.

This role is aimed at supporting the representative and the wider members of the project team through the administration and analysis of the functionality, data and inventory management of the system.

Skills required:

- Effective time planning and ability to manage and prioritise workload

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Confident and resilient ways of working

- Excellent IT skills (especially Microsoft Office - Word and PowerPoint - Advanced abilities in Excel is essential)

- High demonstrable ability to analyse and interrogate data

Our ideal candidate will have the following experience:

- Setting up and/or using a price book system for till based transactions

- Direct experience of a retail back-office inventory system

- Inventory management tools would be highly advantageous

- Stock control/management

- Data analysis

- Prior experience working in accounts payable or data analysis

Job specifics:

Contract, full-time. Salary £28,000 to £36,000 pro rata.

Office Cleaning Operative - Cheddar

Working hours: Monday to Friday - 5pm to 8pm

Your role will include working as a team of two cleaning offices/washrooms and all other given areas to a consistently high standard.

Experience in contract cleaning is essential and references are required.

Enhanced DBS check to be completed through the company.
